I have an 80ed on the scope as is but witch one to get has my head melted from apo to triple apo. how are you getting on with your new scope?

The image was taken with a WO80 FD F6.7 scope, focus is difficult since I now need extensions. At zenith the WO will not hold the weight of the camera and filter wheel by just hand tightening the focus lock.
I had the TMB F6 80mm but have now exchanged it for the F7.5 version. It arrived today so it will be a while before I iron out the probs.
The WO 80FD is good but the coma is very harsh compared to the skywatcher 80ed.
I have got a Televue 0.8 focal reducer for both scopes but still have to work out the optimal distance.
Carl, I think you need to run your choice through the New Astronomy CCD Calc.
Now on my 4th 80 mm scope and each one has a plus and minus. Hope to get some idea about the TMB F7.5 this weekend.

Kieran,
I would also like to echo Dave's comments .... this is another excellent image with lots of subtle detail. The stars are nice and tight.
