Started out imaging the Soul Nebula last night and every thing was working a treat apart from the interference from clouds during the H Alpha run. Clouds finally cleared so at least I had a better end to the night before they rolled back in just after 1am.

I can see a lot of dark nebulae there Kieran, and the detail is quite clear. Did you find that the sky was'nt that great last night? I too was victim of the clouds...

It's a new one to me aswell very nice image.The deep sky imaging is pretty new to me other than the obvious things out the to image I don't now have the stuff out there to image. I'm on Starynight for two hours figuring out what to image before I go out. One of the reasons why i do the Planets :lol:
