Pity indeed you didnt get colour but next time right?
There is still a good bit of sharp detail there,
I did notice however that the expanded shot on Webtreats
shows a little pixelation?
Any idea what that is from...

I had a look at Mars earlier and i couldnt see the ice cap as well as i did about a month ago. I guess thats down to the "seeing"?
When i say " i could see the ice cap" i mean.......... "i could see a faint tinge of white with no defined shape,size". It was more of a white glow towards the edge. But knowing Mars i knew what it was.
Didnt really see it as much tonight.
No surface details on either viewing. But the colour of the planet is something else......................rusty red/orange.

Hi just starting out myself ...but your picture of mars is amazing...i know the color would be nice but the detail is excellent so it doesn't matter...well done.. Your other pics are excellent...ive alot to learn :lol:
