Sky at Mag - Feb 08 Hotshots

Hi all,

Got Feb 08's sky at mag today. Congrats to Anthony Ayiomamitis and Frank Ryan Jr for getting in the mag for their pics. Anthony's was of the Bubble Nebula - NGC 7635 from Sept 7th-8th 07 and Frank's was of Mercury, the Moon, Venus, Saturn and the Shuttle Discovery from Nov 6th 07. Also Phoenix got his pic of M42 from Oct 20th 07 on the CD.

I dont get that mag yet, but was Franks pic the one with the fire burning on the horizon also?

Frank i understand your modesty when your pics are beside Anthony's pics....BUT yours are too good on a consistant level just to be pure chance.

There's no harm in blowing your own trumpet.....................just dont blow it too loudly.

If your pic is the one i'm thinking of..............it is fantastic.
