Hi all,
Tried to image through the 11", I found it a battle, but came through in the end, hope you enjoy.

Gary,
Well done Gary. This is a wonderful rich image yielding alot of detail. Its certainly a dominant and conspicous galaxy. Very mature as a galaxy with less star forming regions.
I was in your neck of the woods the other night when I imaged it's companion M 82. You are probably better equipped than me in imaging pairs of galaxies like these. Would your FOV for the 11 inch capture this pair.

Hi Gary,
Thats a nice image, isn't it amazing how much brighter the core is compared to the arms, if you dimmed the image abit then it would represent how we saw it on Wednesday night, cool !.
