Hi all,

With some decent seeing during the week I was able to get some Mars images I'm reasonably Happy with this image But you know me. Hope you like the image.

Carl - sweet. Nice detail.

How come your data says the imager was b/wand yet we see a colour image? Did you do RGB? If so, was that 8 minutes each?

Is it registration issues that cause the artifact to the left?

Wow Carl,
lots of detail still visible there on an ever shrinking target.
On the left limb, is that band of light and dark actual or
is it an artifact of processing?
The center of the planet also looks a little purple to me.
Just some observations...

I have not managed to get decent images of Mars, as it bouces all over the place in the FOV down here in Waterford.
