ISS & ATV was created by paulevans
Got up early to see these two - considered getting the Dob out but the sky wasn't so good with a large cloud covering part of the path so went for 15sec trails instead. Heavens Above shows ATV at mag 0.1 but it was at least a magnitude less than Arcturus hence is a faint line on the image.
ISS at 0547
ATV at 0549
Note ATV is on a lower path - star at top is Arcturus.
Were it not for the big cloud I reckon I could have got both in the same frame at 16mm - certainly I could see both simultaneously.

Thanks Frank! I've been getting on SW pretty regularly since my August 2004 Perseid shot which was frame 1 on a roll of 37 exposure film, the other 36 of which had nothing worthwhile on them!
I'm hoping to get 3 spaceships passing over my house tomorrow, though the weather is very unfavourable - even if the weather is clear the tripod will need to be bolted down!
