Here she is at 9 days, firstly in standard colour - Sony A700 1/800th sec ISO 200 Meade 8" Schmidt Newtonian f4.



And colour enhanced.....

Nice one Paul, I like the colour enhanced one.

I'm wondering why the terminator appears blue? Must be something to do with the shallow angle of light and how it is relected back towards us.

Michael, the blue terminator may be a processing thing - I've processed one of the other RAWs from scratch and been a bit more agressive with both the colour and sharpening. The terminator is still blue however there's a lot more colour detail visible.

And here's tonight's Moon with enhanced colour. Very different from last night's!
