Keith took a similar image this evening,...."2% moon and Mercury". Beautiful sight.

Cheers, yes the (very faint) horizon is part of the Wicklow mountains (Luggala ridge overlooking Lough Dan and Lough Teagh). Would have been much clearer if I was out even 15 minutes earlier.

Right along the entire west coast there are FAR superior horizons!
