Does anyone know of a good imaging download that can run on the Mac.
Whatever is happening on my windows XP laptop Registax 4.1.01 is causing it to freeze. I got some great DSLR lunar shots, at last, and now cant stack em.
Anybody any idea what's happening?

As it happens this month's Sky at Night mag popped through my door yesterday - it has a program called Lynkeos on the disc - interesting I thought, only it's for a Mac so no good to me!
If the program Paul mentions doesn't work out there are two other avenues you can go:
1) Find a Windows program that works and run it either using CrossOver Mac, or in a Windows install on your Mac using virtualisation vai Parallels or VM Ware Fusion, or via Apple's Boot Camp (all this only if you have an Intel Mac)
2) Find a Linux program that will do what you need and install it on your Mac. Many Linux programs have explicit Mac versions these days and many that don't can be compiled on the Mac anyway.
Thanks lads. I have been tying for months to get a few decent astro shots and don want to screw up now.
Must rush out tomorrow and pick up mag and check back numbers in case there's something there.
MAC's are brilliant but homophobic when it comes to software
