Hi Guys
Finally got out with some clear skies on Friday night, it was a little misty but, I had to make the most of it. I tried to get the colour for the H-alpha image of the Pelican. The OIII filter was very weak, I don't know if the light mist had anything to do with it.
Anyway here is the details.
The Pelican Nebula in Narrowband. 6th & 26th September 2008. Total of 6.5 hours data taken through a Williams ZS 80EDII, with a .8 focal reducer, H-Alpha, S2 & O3 Astronomik Filters, piggybacked on a CGE 11. Self guided with the SBIG ST8-XME.Processing, Images Plus, Maxim, CS3.
