M42 and Friends was created by woodwizard
Getting to be that time of year again. Here is a single 3 min exposure with Canon 350D Peltier cooled,testing cooling effect. Losmandy G11 and Orion 102ED. Orion autoguider and ED80 side saddle. No darks taken or subtracted. Now to process the remaining 30-3 min, 60-1 min, 60-30 sec and 60-15 sec subs. Mask cores and combine.

Thanks Carl. This single image was just a test on the effects of the peltier cooling i added to the Canon 350D to reduce hot pixels.
