Focusing is critical with eyepiece projection and your images are really not that far off. Again I would try looking at the image on screen then retweak the focusing. Dont expect that if it looks good by eye that it will look as good when you image.

AAAAH Sorry I've just seen one of your replies and here lies the probable answer. You cannot expect to get ANY sort of sharp image by shooting out a window. Heat from the house cannot mix with the cooler air outside. Instead they wriggle over each other causing your image to wriggle also but magnified by the scope. For the sharpest results you must take your scope outside and let it cool to the o/s air temp.

Having given them due attention,
have you tried shooting a distant terrestrial object during the day to
see if there is still an issue.
Other than that, shooting single shots out an open window from inside
is never going to work.
Sorry I read the first few posts a little too quickly and I thought you hadF-Stop is irrelevant as no lens is used - just a t-adaptor.

Thanks for everyone's willingness to help.

I've done lots of moon shots with a 350D thro' a few different scopes. I work in Blanchardstown so if you want any help just PM me. Looks like it should be easy to sort out...
Couple of things.... Are you using a remote cable to take your shots? ........... make sure you use mirror lockup.

Thanks John. Let me give it one more go and then I'll get back to you. I didn't use lockup as I thought it would not be necessary. I also have an IR remote which I'll try too.

I have found on my Orion 10" Dob that i had to move the primary mirror 1 inch closer
to the secondary to be able to focus with my Canon 350D no matter what adapter i used.
Not enough in focus.
All works good now. Just that i now need to add a extension for visual.
You may want to look into a low profile focuser to get more in focus if i read you
orginal post correctly.
