Can anyone recommend a good book for deep sky astrophotography?

I would also like to second Michael's recommendation and especially if you are looking to use CCD's for your deep sky work. If you are leaning towards a DSLR, then the book by Robert Reeves on digital astrophotography may be more suitable.Another good book is The New CCD Astronomy - very good book.
