Managed to get a few images of the reappearance of Venus. I really couldn't have hoped for better weather. All images were taken out at Blessington. Hope you like.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. It's a shame that the compression of the image takes some of the detail away. I found the location by chance last Sunday. When I saw the view as I was crossing the bridge I nearly crashed the car! Was also really lucky with the weather conditions. I'll definitely be making a return trip to get some sky images as soon as I get a chance.
