I too had this problem with actually ice/dew forming on the sensor window of the chip itself. Not on the objective lens of the camera but actually on the chip in the sealed chamber....it was very annoying and manifested itself as a sort of a darker mush just around the top of the frame. After about an hour it tended to go away as I guess the temperature equalised or something. But for that hour the ccd was almost useless.
The solution was to replace the desicant in the camera which had failed/exhausted. I emailed steve charmers and rui in Atic who sent me some fresh desicant tablets and instructions on how to open up the camera and insert them. Then with some help from John Murphy I replaced them and so far no repeat problems.
Maybe if there is a user group for your camera you could post your question there and get some help. It is bound to have happened to someone else there.
