Jupiter 22nd November was created by jimmy2010
I imaged jupiter on november 22nd between 20.55 to 20.57GMT. after processing the images i could see some new dark spotted features clearly along the SEB region, it can only be the new SEB activity coming to life! celestron C9.25 SCT, 2x barlow, astronomik RGB filters, DMK mono camera used to image. 30fps, 1600 frames per colour channel recorded. aligned and stacked in registax 5, colour processing in paintshop pro. will be keeping a close eye on jupiter as i am sure their will be some new major vortex storms breaking out with the new SEB activity in weeks/months to come!
clear cold skies tonight!
James;)

Nice capture James! Recent rumblings suggest the SEB might be coming back to life alright.
