Saturn in poor seeing with spc900 was created by Donegal Skies
My second planetry image, my first of Saturn. Seeing was very poor and this image is made up of a final stack of 105 frames from a AVI of 3000 frames. Hope I can get another go on this one if and when I get a 3x or 5x barlow and better seeing.

Excellent work for poor seeing. Makes me wish I wasn't stuck in the city so much.

Another very good image! Your work shows what fine images can be obtained with relatively modest equipment. Now why can't I get results like that??? Mike.

I took this last night in OK seeing. I was using my "new to me" 5x Powermate, It makes a big difference. It's only a quick process really. The focus and so would be better but the mount was playing up horribly, just one of those nights then every seemed to go wrong.

Wow!

Excellent Image! The Cassini Divission is very sharp! And traces of what could be the storm too (?).

Impressive.

Clear skies,
Peter
