Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Hi there folks
I was testing out my new 70-200mm Canon L lens last night and decided to have a go at the pair of Jupiter and the moon.
I took an image at 70mm to get the positions and then used the 200mm to get an image of the moon, both were handheld and the shot of the moon gives an idea how sharp this lens is.
The moon was stitched onto the image in Photoshop, it is not possible to get details on the moon and Jupiter in the same image, to get Jupiter the moon is washed out due to a slower shutter speed, to get detail on the moon requires a faster shutter speed, but Jupiter is too faint to be caught.
Anyway, hope you enjoy and as always, thanks for looking.

Thanks Michael.
You know, I've never seen the GRS and I have used 10" and 12" scopes, it must be the luck of the draw.
