Fantastic Moon & Jupiter conjunction was created by Keith g
Hi all, this shot was taken this morning when jupiter was a fantastic sight just above the crescent moon in early morning twilight at 3.30am. Did anybody else see it? It was like the moon had been struck by an impact to the naked eye : cheer:

We had clear skies in the Burren, Co Clare
from about 2am too about 3:45am..

It was the most amazing sight just watching the
Moon & Jupiter rising from a flat horizon..

It only took a matter of seconds from when the Moons
top edge skimmed the horizon too when it was totally visible
above the horizon... AWESOME

Cheers Roy :) :scope:

I watched it here from my back garden in Co.Cavan, and I agree with Roy, just watching the moon glide past jupiter over the course of an hour was just awesome B) Jupiter starting from the left of the moon and ending up at just past the tip of the crescent
