Two new images, Soul & IC63

I have not posted in a while, mostly for lack of anything to post However I did managed to collect some photons over the last few weeks. I was really desperate to finish IC63 which I had started earlier this year but unfortunately did not get the opportunity to finish it until just this week. I took the Soul Nebula a few weeks ago during a rare spell of clear nights. I am very happy with both images, particularly IC63, I didn't have much faith in the image as I was doing it and had to discard multiple nights of data due to various setbacks.
The Soul Nebula came together a lot easier, it could do with some more data, a good Lum layer maybe (both images are HaRGB) and probably being pushed so far in processing as it looks a little too contrasty but I am still very pleased.

Yeah your right, I live out in west Galway, out past Spiddal. I have some very mild Light pollution to the east due to Galway but nothing major at all, my biggest problem is the weather and I have sat on many cloudy nights, seeing the rest of the country clear wondering what I'm still doing here.
I am considering moving back to Dublin early next year but the biggest thing that is stopping me is the light pollution. Its a trade off really and there's always narrow band imaging.
