Jupiter after long nine months was created by carlobeirnes
Hi all,

Well I’m very happy to be out under clear skies again it’s been a long nine months. I managed to capture this image of Jupiter on the 28th of November.
The image consists of a total exposure of 18 minutes with two minute subs per channel'So the Image is an RGB+RGB+RGB.

The image was processed in AutoStakkert and Winjupos de-rotation then finished off in Photoshop.
Please feel free to ask any questions and I hope you like the results.

nice natural image, nice detail on the moon too. All my jupiter images are getting sabotaged by crashing registax 6 , and arashing PIPP in attempt to stop regi crashing.

Your work is getting better and better Carl. This is a really great image of Jupiter, nice detail. Your new observatory and methods is obviously paying dividends in your work as shown here on this forum.

Best wishes and clear skies

Thanks for the comments lads. I think my collimation was off a bit for this set of images as the image is not as sharp as I would have liked. Marto try this programme www.autostakkert.com/wp/download/ all you need to do is sharpen up your image in registax 6.

Clear skies,

Carl.
