Fairly transparent last night. This was a 2 hour exposure (8 X 900sec subs) taken with SkyWatcher 120 scope and SX H-16 CCD camera with Ha filter

Lovely image John, the H-a filter brings out so much detail, the shot is far nicer than in colour, IMHO.

Thanks Paul, The Ha filter also deals with the light pollution I have to deal with living in north Dublin city.
