Hi All,
The following is a transcript of an email I received that you might be interested in:
I am writing to remind you of our astrophotography competition, the deadline of which is 31st March 2014. We hope your members will be interested in entering: the competition is being judged by TV astronomer and BBC Stargazing's Mark Thompson and the winner will receive £500 to spend on astronomy equipment, with 5 sets of Philip's astronomy titles for the runners-up. We hope you will share this competition with your society and Twitter followers, we are currently offering society's some books for their society library in return for sharing the competition with followers.
It is very simple to enter – once you have your snap, either email it to astronomy@philips-maps.co.uk or tweet to our official handle, @PhilipsAstro. Terms and Conditions do apply, and these can be found on our website, www.philipsastronomy.com .
Please find attached a press release for our rebranded set of astronomy titles, which have proved to be popular.
We look forward to seeing your society's fantastic astrophotography skills!
Please do get in touch if you have any further queries.

Publicity Intern
Octopus Books
If you do enter, best of luck!
Seanie.

Fantastic Simon - well done and congratulations. (Which image did you actually enter?)
Hope to see you back in action with the camera when things settle down for you in the UK.
