Hi all,
Im wondering is tuttle visible with binos i read it is easily visible and i got its position off heavens above but i couldnt find it the last night i was out..im using Celestron 15x70 skymaster binos...would it look like a star rather then what holmes looks like??

Yes, 8P/Tuttle is much smaller (and dimmer) than 17P/Holmes, so I imagine it would appear stellar at 15x.
Too cloudy from Louth to know for sure, though....

Great article. Looks like it's diving toward the horizon pretty fast... hopefully these clouds will clear soon.

Sorry for the shorthand. It will likely appear like a star (stellar) at a magnification of 15 (@ 15x). At higher magnifications (say, 100x or more) you would likely see a fuzzy ball.
