Pereira reports nothing at this position on November 6.23, 7.22, 8.23, 10.23, and 11.22 UT down to a limiting visual magnitude of approximately 8.
I'd like to see those skies at night! :shock:

Did Pereira find the nova visually using binoculars?
Its ironic that we were discussing in the previous posting 'lack of observers', in particular, the chances of discovering novae from Ireland.

Yes ! It's reported he found it visually with a pair of 14 x 100mm binoculars
