Hi,
Hodges-Figgis (Dawson St., Dublin 2) are selling Atlas of the Night Sky by Storm Dunlop at half price (i.e. €15). While not Star Party Rates this is still good value.
I would recommend it.

Hi John
Yes, there is a great sale on books in Hodges & Figgis at the moment. I popped in during my lunch break to buy “Atlas of the Night Skyâ€, by Storm Dunlop as you recommended but I could not locate it, perhaps they have been all sold, especially at that price!
I therefore purchased, Phillips “Atlas of the Universe†new revised hardback edition by Sir Patrick Moore for 15 Euro (RRP is 30 Sterling), ISBN-13 978-0-540-08242-1. It’s a lot of book for 15 Euro and very beautifully illustrated with excellent information and I’m looking forward to study its contents (only two left on the shelf as of today).
BTW, there are lots of bargains to be had on astronomy and science books at the moment in this bookshop on Dawson Street if anyone is interested!
Clear skies

Hi Mike,
They had a pile of them on the Stairs last week, rather than the usual Astronomy Shelves.
