BBC Sky at Night covers all the bases pretty well, Astronomy Now is as good but doesn't have a CD with it. Astronomy & Space is the magazine of Astronomy Ireland and is a good read, though a fair bit thinner than the big two.

The global biggie is Sky&Telescope and it's excellent - a mixture of articles and columes written by pros working at the cutting edge and amateurs like the rest of us... fumbling around in the dark and producing some prety startling results! I've been getting it for years. There's also Astronomy Magazine, though I've never really gotten into that one.
