You can make your own by using a camping bed foam sheet and rolling it up. Very cheap <10euro and very effective.

Yep, a gool 'ol dew shield will help a lot for a start, just cut out some sturdy cardboard, wrap around the aperture of the scope and tape both ends together. Then tape all around the cardboard to stopo the dew getting to that too !
