Starry Night for me. (I'm still on 5)
Stellarium looks pretty, is free, and works on unix, thats the only advantages I see.

How many programs have you used?
Meade 16" Lightbridge
Tal 6" Newtonian
Meade LXD75 6" Newtonian
Tal 4" Refractor
Panoptic and Nagler eyepieces.
