Thanks for your response to this. You are right, I don't have my observatory set up yet, but it's on the cards to happen just before the long winter nights arrive.
At least I will have this thread to come back to when I'm ready for a more accurate alignment.
I might as well be doing up the plans now with all of these cloudy nights we're having.
