Lunar Eclipse Monday September 28th

It was a very good night, the weather was better than could have been expected.

Finally getting around the processing some of the images I took on Monday morning. I went to bed at 4.30am and drove to Mayo at 9am so I did not even look at 10% of the 100 or so frames I captured. This is an edit trying to enhance the star background slightly using layer masking and stretching the stars out of the background.

I believe around 2:06am from DPP. Need to check the camera

Some of our folk think that 1st contact was before 2 am.

2:04am is my earliest shot. Camera is still on Sydney time so I cannot be absolutely sure
