Partial Solar Eclipse 10 June 2021

Hello, one and all. 
Let's hope we have some breaks in the clouds for Thursday morning's Partial Solar Eclipse. 
www,met.ie are suggesting that for the east coast of Ireland.
I will be using my William Optics 158 mm F/7 apochromatic refractor and solar projection. 
I will be using eclipse glasses also. 
In Dublin the eclipse begins at 10.01 am local time. 
And I wonder if there will be any sunspots. 

As Finbarr is stating on another post, he reckons he will not see any part of it at all from Limerick. 
I'm truly sorry about that, Finbarr.

There a two small collections of spots visible, 2832 in the heart of the sun and 2829 closer to the limb.

It is possible to see some limb features on the moon, raised crater rims, etc.  It would be great to be able to identify them.

I took this with my phone held to the eyepiece. The green colour is due to the filter I used.

Beautiful image Michael. I had a good view in Sth Limerick of ingress at 0957 for 3 minutes which was interesting; then clouds until a fortunate break at 11.10, 6 minutes after maximum. Common garden camcorder with solar filter. Seems to be a reasonably good spread of photos from around the country, considering the forecast. Sun blazing from the sky now of course...
