No joy last night, so I'll have to wait until the next clear night to give the new eyepiece a go. 

When will that be? Judging by the forecast over on Met Eireann it won't be anytime soon : (

But now it appears that www.met.ie keep changing their minds regarding tonight's weather! 
We might, or then again, we might have an hour of clear skies before midnight. 

How frustrating it all is! 

Best thing to do is: just look out the window, and if it's clear out we go.

Haha, I've just come from the Met Eireann website, and the forecast has changed again! The good news is that Friday could be a runner.

I hope so as I always enjoy being down at the Sugar Loaf.
