Hi all
On the early evening and night of December 24, all 7 planets can be viewed, 8 if you look down.
You will have to be quick to catch Mercury and Venus, as they are low in the south-western sky after sunset, a young crescent moon is also in the vicinty.
Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are obvious.
Uranus can be found in southern Aries, at mag. 5.7, it should be easy to find sitting between sigma and rho Arietis
Neptune is 6° west of Jupiter and at mag. 7.9 should not be too difficult to see, if the seeing conditions are good.
All are visible in binoculars.
If you see a fast moving carbon star, don't be alarmed, it just Rudolph.

Hi Paul,
Very many thanks for providing this information. Id love to see Neptune before the end of the year as I've yet to observe it.
Clear skies to you,
Darren.
