Hi,
A little bit of joy for Comet Observers. A new found comet is predicted to be a 7th magnitude object in late April 2007. Discovered by Terry Lovejoy in Australia.
Now deep in the southern hemisphere. I have analysed its track and it will be rapidly moving north in late April (well visible before dawn) amid the summer constellations before becoming circumpolar in May.

If anyone is a member of the digital_astro Yahoo forum, I am sure they will recognize (or know) Terry Lovejoy who is an active member. He discovered the comet accidentally with his DSLR while taking some photos.

Good stuff John. I look forward to it 'peddling' its wares around our skies soon.
