Oh, a week in Spain sounds great to me - I was in Calpe for a week at the end of September and I lay on a sunbed every night to look at the lovely, CLOUD FREE sky - what a joy! Peak of Meteor shower forecasted for 24th May - could be fantastic - don't know what the moon phase will be though (will have a look)....

Just had a look at moon for that date. Rises at 03:15 and its a waning cresent (30%). God, I love the star walk app... : cheer:
That would be an awesome trip though. Just trying to think how emphatically the wife will say "no"...

Oh wait, the moon rise time would be different from here, yes? Canaries more west? Means moon would rise later? Or am I completely wrong there?
