Plenty of reports circulating about a possible fireball around 17.40, apparently visible everywhere from Laois to Galway to Donegal. Missed it myself of course :sick:

I seen one at 17.39 as i walked down by the Shannon in Athlone, it wasn't far away from the moon, which i happened to be looking at. It even made a loud crack just before i assume it broke up as it disappeared at the same time.
