Your target for entry into July's competition will be on The Sun. Use your imagination for this one - it is not exclusive to those with a Coronado PST or solar filtered telescope! Please Note, SOLAR ECLIPSE shots are excluded. The floodgates have been opened!
Closing Date: Monday July 31st
Entries are to be sent to photo_competition@irishastronomy.org and should be hosted off-site, and linked to that provider. If in doubt regarding what to do, please read the Rules & Guidelines .
Clear Skies & Good Luck!

We're a little after the half way mark folks, and there has been loads of Sun! Try anything - photography if you got the means, projection to see sunspots, and even a sketch.

We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time. . . .
