Your target for entry into June's competition will be on Twilight Objects - it can be anything seen in morning or evening twillight but set against a landscape.

Closing Date: Saturday June 30th.

Entries are to be sent to photo_competition@irishastronomy.org and should be hosted off-site, and linked to that provider. If in doubt regarding what to do, please read the Rules & Guidelines .

PLEASE make all images no larger than 800 X 800 pixels in size. Those that are larger will be requested to be made smaller, or failure to reply will result in omission from the competition.

If you're asking what i think you're asking, yes - that would be a very worthy entry and it counts as twighlight for me.

Technically, twilight is the period between darkness and full light (and the other way around), so, unfortunately, a sunset (and sunrise) would not count. Sorry Bart! :( Maybe I'll make a related theme for you next month? (a hint I suppose for the rest of you to get cracking!)

lol ... I figured as much .... but don't worry ... you'll be getting an entry from me this month anyhow. I already have one image which I'm happy enough to submit but I hope to have a few more to choose from by months end what with Venus being so dominant in our evening skies ATM!
