Forum Navigation is a PITA, the only way to get back to forum index is to find the link at the top or bottom of the forum frame.
Could you enable link to "Bulletin Boards" in the Navigate frame even when a user is inside the forums?
Also, it would be handy, if there was a treelist of the fourms when you clicked on Bulletin Boards, so it is easier to navigate forums.

It's a standard phpbb install and that's the way phpBB works. I don't like modding phpbb too much because they release so many bug fixes that it's a total PITA to re-apply mods after each update.
I'll add your suggestions to my to do list. I've started work on a whole new skin for this site because I'm not happy with the current one as it is poorly designed from a maintenace/expansion point of view.
THe new skin will be a lot better from a HCI point of view. Since I'm working on the new skin I really don't want to dedicate time to messing with the old one too much because it will be gone soon!
