Can I suggest that the "General" section be moved to the bottom of the web page. If necessary, ths might even involve moving the entire group of "General" Forums.
Reason:
At the mo, the "General" forum is a one-stop-shop for alot of posts (I'm currently doing a bit of a clear-out). At least 50% of posts in this forum are incorrectly entered here. By placing the "General" section near the base of the web page, it will force posters to look at the other topics first. This might encourage them to drop their post in the correct location.
Good idea. Have a look at what I've done. General is in the middle. It looked very out of place at the bottom. After Observing seems the appropriate place.
JohnF, I've moved Celestial Events to the top of the Observing section also.
