Can I search for pics/files (like posts) according to user?

I am looking for a file from a user which I cannot find. The person in question has not answered my message about whether it has been deleted or not. Is there a way (even for the 2 admins of the site) to do a search for me of the username in the Files section?

Not really no. I can log directly into the database and have a look manually though if it's very improtant.
