BTW, just to clarify, the reason the admins don't do it at the drop of the proverbial hat is that it makes things very very confusing when users change name!

Just ask nicely and give a reason and I'm sure we can accommodate you. We just don't want people changing all the time because then we'll all just get really confused as to who is actually who!

Agreed. IF you need a name changed get it changed. As an admin on another forum multiple accounts are frowned upon strongly. Changing the name is easy enough.
