One additional fwiw - I think the general look of the site, the colour scheme, fonts (especially the 'star trek' blue font you're using), logos, and layout is good... It's just the navigation that needs to be tidied up.

As a "Buck- Shee Idiot"to computers, internet etc as of 12 months ago I must admit I did find the .org site difficult to navigate,not wanting to start any acrimony,BUT the .com site is still way more user friendly.
I did start using the .com site before I became aware of .org.
I can also appreciate the complexities and voluntary time committments to provide such sites to which we are totally gratefull, but being self employed I can appreciate the need for objective criticism for the better good.
