Can I also suggest a folding tripod for your binoculars too? These will come in handy if you get to look at the wildlife while in a stationary position. Sometimes, its anoying when you can hold your self steady enough to see a great lion action, or even tracking a hunt - the tripod can move fluidly too. A camera tripod is what you need, with a binocular adapter (shaped like an elongated 'L') to fix your bino's onto.
