Remember you dont need a sky sub, just one of those €99 satellite systems from lidl. With that you can receive. BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, BBC4, BBC News24, All the BBC radio channels, CBeebies, UTV, Sky News, UTV, ITV2, ITV3, ITV4, all the regional variations of ITV and BBC and a whole rake of other free channels too. Add a €30 decent UHF aeriel and you can add RTE1, RTE2, TG4 and TV3 to that list..ALL without *ANY* subscription. Dont even think Eddie Hobbs would complain about that. If you are paying NTL, Chorus, Sky etc, this is now a serious option.

How's the reception Dave? Sounds like a good idea. I'd miss channel 4, but not that much
