I thought it wouild look better than an auld tacky B&W photo of me with a glum face staring at a camera with my arm across my knee, don't ya know....

Guys, guys, guys, quit living in the past. Personally, I like a colourful avatar, something with a little flair, a bit of style, subtle yet profound. Try to keep it astronomy related.
