Just out of interest, do unes find it hard to use? There does seem to be alot of settings and as it only does a 30sec exposure could i do the chip any harm by doing multiple 30sec exposures( over heating the chip )?

No - you won't damage the chip with multiple exposures. The LPI is like a webcam - its meant to be used as a multiple image imager
Did you get a copy of the LPI manual? If not, here it is:

Look under Accessories - the LPI manual is there.
If you get stuck, holler. I've been using Autostar suite with with the DSI - its pretty clunky and non-intuitive first time you see it, but fear not, the Reverend McDonald has walked the line and come out of the tunnel of despair, in, mostly, one piece (hair loss was inevitable). Give us a shout.
