cool ... I just noticed that as moderator I've been bumped all the way up to supernova!!!

does that mean I'm a type Ia -- small white dwarf that got a big red giant suddenly lumping a mass of material on me

and there was me thinking I was going to lead a boring life slowly threading my way through the main sequence of the IFAS board as a dim and unassuming M-class star (nope, not planet Trekkie fans!)

ah well, anyone for a few bars of "It's a long way to Beta Cygni ... " (IAS Christmas Dinner goers and David Levy fans will know what I mean!!!)

Hi Bart, I volunteer to do the CCD and general astrophotography board. Only: I can not spend more then once a day attention. Is that enough?

Hi Jouke, thanks for the offer but michael o'connell is already moderating those two boards and there is no where near enough traffic to them to warrant a second moderator. There are still 3 boards with no moderator:

1) Manned Missions
2) Robotic Exploration
3) Future Space

If you want any of those they are yours!
